There was no Sunday Pudding last week as it was mine and my brother-in-law’s birthdays and my sister made a cake. This week I did, however, make some Gyoza. I used the recipe from Japanese Cooking 101. Gyoza wrappers are available from the Chinese supermarket. I did run out of them and started to make my own but the results were less good. I now have a big batch of frozen Gyoza that I’ll be eating for lunch over the coming weeks.

On Japan related matters, I have now been assigned to a location and will be working in South Osaka.
