I had this Strawberry Cream Cake over New Year. It is traditional to eat this at Christmas but I couldn’t find any on Christmas day. I had gone to the department store on Christmas Eve in the hope of buying some nice cakes but, sadly, the queues were out of the door. Perhaps I should have planned to go a few days earlier and keep said cakes in the fridge.
