Every Sunday I make a pudding to go with the dinner. I’ve made a number of things over the past few months. This Sunday I made Tiramisu:

I used the following recipe sans the cognac. I use 50% of the stated measures and this fits in a 1 litre dish. Enough for 4 portions or 3 large portions.

Making Tiramisu sounds complicated but it isn’t so much particularly if you have an electric whisk. Even without it is still doable. With a bit of vigorous arm action you can whip the egg whites into sufficient fluffiness.
