I wasn&#8217;t quite sure what such a museum would hold in store and what &#8220;customs&#8221; are common &#8220;downtown&#8221;. It turned out that the museum is a kind of &#8220;how people used to live&#8221; museum with a few houses\/shop recreated. These included a shop that sold the straps for Japanese sandals, a sweetshop (more on that later) and some houses. It wasn&#8217;t that big but was nice. It was good to see the kitchens that people used to use in the pre-war era.<\/p>\n<p><center><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/imnotasaint.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/museum_kitchen-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-174\" srcset=\"http:\/\/imnotasaint.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/museum_kitchen-225x300.jpg 225w, http:\/\/imnotasaint.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/museum_kitchen-768x1024.jpg 768w, http:\/\/imnotasaint.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/museum_kitchen.jpg 1728w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><br \/>\n<\/center>Compare this with the kitchen in my apartment.
