The pastry is sweet puff pastry. There is cream filling in the middle and the &#8220;eggs&#8221; are three pieces of chocolate confection. The chocolate confection was quite chocolatey but also a little cakey. I&#8217;m not exactly sure how it was made. Think a dense chocolate cake and that isn&#8217;t far off.
